Normal Postage will be charged from $0.60 onwards and normally take 3 to 5 working days.

Registered Postage will be charged from $2.84 onwards and normally take 2 working days.

Both postages stated above are depending on the weight of the items.

Do take note that I will not liable for any lost mails if you opt for normal mail.

All items will be mailed out within 1 to 2 days and a photo of confirmation or email will be sent out to the customers.

Once your parcel is mailed, a confirmation email and a tracking number for your parcel will be sent to you. All orders are mailed via Singpost so you can visit https://www.singpost.com/track-items to track your parcel! If your parcel is lost, Singpost will compensate the declared value of the parcel.

Take note:

Your parcel will be delivered right to your doorstep. You are required to sign after you have received your parcel. If you are not home to collect your parcel, a delivery advice will be slipped underneath your door and you are required to collect your parcel at the designated post. You may also redirect it to another post office of your convenience or reschedule for another delivery via https://www.singpost.com/redirect-redeliver.

As collection timing may vary, it is advisable to check the timing before proceeding to the post office to collect.

Please bring along your NRIC or identification card, and delivery advice, as well as any other identification documents required by the relevant postal administration.Please do collect it within 10 days from the stated Post Office. ​
